Processing & Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, we get to work right away. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 working days (orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day).

After processing, your order ships out with our trusted delivery partners, with an average transit time of 4 to 8 working days.

That means most orders arrive within 8 to 12 working days — and we're always working to get your package to you as fast as possible.

Cancelling Your Order

Changed your mind? You can cancel free of charge as long as your order hasn't been processed yet. Since processing usually starts within 12–24 hours, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible at info@petroot.com with your order number.
